We begin with a comprehensive intake meeting with the client to map out the organization and the specific job requirements. We create a job description that not only includes the technical requirements but also the unique qualities and values that the organization considers important. This job description is reviewed together with the client to prevent any misunderstandings. Of course, it is always possible to make adjustments along the way.

Our team actively searches for candidates through our network, social media, and job boards. During interviews, we focus not only on qualifications but, more importantly, on the unique strengths, motivations, and personality traits of each candidate.
